As one of the assistant managers in the firm’s Economic Crime Unit, Tom oversees a team of investigators who formulate claims for misfeasance, wrongful trading, fraudulent transactions, antecedent transactions and post-petition dispositions. He is involved in the training of our junior team members, helping them to reach their full potential as future investigators.

Tom started his insolvency career over 18 years ago as an Examiner at the Official Receiver’s Office, interviewing and investigating bankrupt individuals and company directors, before moving into the private sector specialising in personal insolvency and investigations.

In his spare time, Tom runs a children’s drama club and youth theatre group and enjoys archery and beer brewing.
